Pacific Venture December 2005

The members of Pacific Venture were honoured and delighted when they received an invitation from the Japanese Government to make a 17th trip to Japan following the 16 successful trips that took place during the 10 years of the Murayama Initiative. Although this 17th trip was organised outside that previous format it was a truly wonderful and live-changing experience for all involved as I think the attached reports and photograhs clearly show. We all owe a great debt of gratitute to everyone in the Japanese Government, particularly the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Japanese Embassy in London, to all at the International Friendship Association and to the many fantastic people we met in Japan for providing this unforgetable programme.
